Oppo, welcome again to the Dream Garage game! Tonight’s challenge should be pretty straightforward, considering the title.

Here are the rules:

You have a three vehicle garage...

Each car must be from the same brand ; but I’ll allow luxury divisions e.g: Toyota and Lexus are allowed.

Each car also has to be from the same model year ; you can choose any year you want.

I suggest you choose a brand and year with some good variety ; it’s best to cover more areas after all.

And that is all, have fun choosing your cars~

The Celica was only sold from 1970 onwards though, no such thing as a 1968 Celica exists.

1970 also fits as it was the last year for the 2000GT and the FJ40 was still being produced. This makes it the only year where you could buy all three new.

Toyota, 2012. Final year of the LFA, first year of the FRS, final year of the pre-spindle grille Lexus LS (although I think the current LS wears the new grille quite well). A car for when I want go really fast, a car for when I want to feel like I’m going fast, and a car for when I just want to be comfortable. I’m not an off-roader, but I think at the time they still had the FJ Cruiser and that Lexus/Toyota Land Cruiser thingy. That’s all enough car for me.

1990 or 1991 Honda.

NSX, CRX Si, Acty (not sure if pickup or van version).

And, because of my DD/Track/Burn(outs) challenge on three-car dream garages, the NSX is track, the CRX Si is DD (but they could easily swap roles), and the Acty gets a turbo motor swap for burnouts.

Alright, I’m toying with some of your guidelines so I ask you to hear me out on this one:

Welcome to France, 1981. The company is Talbot. The cars?

Kinja'd!!!

The Talbot-Matra Murena with the mighty 2.2 Type 180 Simca plant.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Kinja'd!!!

The little and lovable moving glass greenhouse that is the Rancho.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Kinja'd!!!

The Talbot Lotus Sunbeam, 150 hp, rare, and so wonderfully square.

My second choice (and first choice for when I actually need cars that work) would be Mr. MultiplaOrgasm’s awesome ‘90s Citroen garage. Truly the last of the best great Cits.

Good one! Every one of these is technically not a Talbot, yet they are at the same time. It helps that all of them are pretty cool and revolutionary cars too (one of the first mid-engined commuter cars, one of the first FWD crossovers and one of the first hot-hatches respectively).

Multipla’s Citroën lineup is probably one of the best selections here too. xD
